Last updated: 18 Feb 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fusion Advisory Services LTD (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you use our website and when you request access to our tools (including the Fusion Cashflow Tool).

Who we are

Controller: Fusion Advisory Services LTD
Address: 1&3 Kings Meadow, Oxford OX2 0DP, United Kingdom
Contact email: nmburu@fas.energy

What we collect

When you request access to a tool, we collect:

  • Email address (required)
  • Marketing opt-in choice (optional checkbox)

We may also collect basic technical information automatically (e.g., IP address, browser type, and request logs) to keep the site secure and working.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • Provide access to the tool and run the service (including essential service/admin messages about access or changes).
  • Send marketing emails only if you opt in (e.g., product updates and related FAS news).
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse (e.g., monitoring and troubleshooting).

Lawful bases

  • Tool access / service messages: legitimate interests and/or performance of a contract (to provide the service you requested).
  • Marketing emails: consent (only if you tick the marketing checkbox). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Marketing and how to unsubscribe

If you opt in to marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing nmburu@fas.energy. We will stop marketing emails as soon as reasonably possible after your request.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the website, manage enquiries, and operate the tool. Your information may be processed by:

  • Website hosting / WordPress infrastructure providers

  • Form processing (WPForms) and email delivery to our team inbox

  • HubSpot (e.g., to manage contacts and, if you opt in, marketing communications)

  • Cloud hosting for the tool (AWS Lightsail) and associated security/logging services

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

  • Tool access requests: kept for as long as needed to provide access, maintain security, and manage the service.
  • Marketing consent records: kept while you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterwards to keep a “do not contact” record if you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data; restrict processing; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent (for marketing) at any time.

To exercise rights, email nmburu@fas.energy.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

International transfers

If any of our providers process data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take security seriously.
